Weekly planner

Plan the week by dragging, not typing

The planner shows the whole pool of activities, grouped by subject and ordered by progression, and a week of time slots for every child. Pick, drop and reorder.

Overview

What it does

Each child has their own column of time blocks. Drag an activity into a slot, drag within a day to change the order, or mark an activity as a group activity so all children share it.

Plan from any calendar date forward for the whole week, save a weekly template and reuse it. Days are real dated calendar entries, so the planner knows what was scheduled and when.

A day with structure

The reference household runs eight one-hour blocks, 08:30 to 16:30, Monday to Friday, with a shared co-op block at 11:30. Your plan can be as structured or as relaxed as you choose.

  • Schedules are real dated days rather than a loose weekly list.
  • Changes sync live to every signed-in parent.
  • Parents see the day; children open their own player from the plan.
